🔓 Hotel Safe Opening Methods

1) Guest Code

Guests can open the safe by entering their personal code. Enter the digits → press the confirmation button (e.g., # or LOCK/ENTER) → turn or pull the handle to lock/unlock.

2) Override Key / Master Key

Used when a guest forgets the code, enters the wrong code too many times, the system is unresponsive, or the batteries are dead and no external battery is available.

Note: Override keys must be securely stored and used only by authorized hotel staff.

A special code set by the hotel, used when a guest forgets the code and requires urgent assistance. Only authorized personnel may use the master code.
